It is stated that the new rolling mill, which will have an annual capacity of 430.000 mt, will be established in Aktobe under the supervision of Kazakhstan's railway company Kazakhstan Temir Zholy JSC. The plant in question will be the first rail production facility in Kazakhstan.

Ray and profile plant will produce X and X meters with 200.000 meter capacity and 120 meter and U and I profiles with 230.000 mt capacity.
