The EYT draft prepared by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security was discussed at the tripartite summit. In particular, the request from the boss was taken into account.

The age ranges mentioned were 48 for women and 50 for men.
While there is no age requirement in the previous regulation, it is stated that the final decision on the issue will be made at the ministerial meeting on December 12, 2022.
