Under the leadership of Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality, with the support of the Turkish Cancer Research and Control Association and the philanthropist Saffet Arslan, the foundation of the Post-Treatment Care Center for Cancer Patients, which will set an example for Turkey, was laid. Emphasizing the importance of early diagnosis in cancer treatments, Büyükkılıç said, “We do not hope that no one gets cancer, that it is diagnosed early, that treatment is provided, that it is not neglected, but besides these, every living thing will taste death. We are aware that it is inevitable for us to provide such a service by allowing them to live.

President Büyükkılıç said that Kayseri is a city that is a candidate to become the center of trade and industry as well as health tourism and that carries out the necessary studies in this regard, “On one side we say a ski resort, on the other we say a tourism center that is integrated with Cappadocia, but besides that, of course, we say that. President Büyükkılıç also talked about the ongoing projects in Kayseri and said that it is a city that does not cause the troubles of metropolitan cities, with a sense of belonging, in solidarity.
