  1. Mahmut Sütci will be beneficial to TCDD. Such assignments are not correct for unrelated people. Successful specialists who spend their lives working for the institution or retired devoted employees from the institution should be given memberships to the veteran of popular jobs.

  2. Senior management should minimize the source of damage. Increasing efficiency is separate. For example, we should completely remove subsidiaries from hunching over to tcdd. . It is wrong to put unskilled people in the institution for political reasons. send those who are not working to another institution. .. staff should not be assigned to the top management from outside, unskilled, incompetent. Employees should not be given authority to the qualified technical personnel.
