Following these transfers, IMM commissioned a professional valuation company to determine the rental prices for the rental of commercial areas in the bus terminal. Büyük Istanbul Bus Station Operations Manager Fahrettin Beşli stated that the "Commercial Workplace Allocation Certificate", which is in the hands of the former tenants, is only related to the leasing transaction between the bus station operator and the previous period operator, and that IMM is not the party or guarantor of this lease relationship and allocation. told. Emphasizing that passenger carrier's offices at the bus terminal are rented only to the officials of old and new companies and agencies carrying intercity passengers, Beşli said, “Based on the characteristics and operation of the sector, the fact that more than one company ticket can be sold or served in a carrier office, sub-tenancy opportunity is provided only in carrier offices. This method has not been applied in the remaining 4/5 section of our tenants at the bus station, ”he said.


He said that the sub-rents of the office were between 5 thousand and 15 thousand liras and that they got the feeling of renting for 26 thousand liras. Emphasizing that this change in numbers is due to the size of the sub-tenant firm or the number of companies in it, Beşli gave the following figures regarding the rental prices:

“The rents of the carrier offices have been determined as 2020 TL + VAT + General Expense Share for 8.500; 5.250 TL of this amount is collected in cash, the remaining part is collected as “15 TL / Peron Allocation Fee x Number of Trips”. The rental prices between the tenant and the sub-tenant have been determined and applied in line with the agreements between the parties from the past. An increase restriction has been imposed on the applied rental fees for 2020. Our tenants, as companies or agencies, provide intercity passenger transportation services at the Grand Istanbul Bus Station and 166 transport offices; Of these, 1 sub-tenants are serving in the process of obtaining D1 / F2 / F61 certificates.
