3. Completed cat path in bridge construction

1. The catwalk has been completed in the construction of the bridge: The assembly of the "catwalk", which will serve as a guide for the main rope pull in the ongoing 3rd Bridge project, has been completed.
2. The preparatory phase for pulling the "main rope", one of the most important stages in the Bosphorus Bridge Project, is coming to an end. The "catwalk" installation work, which started after the guide cable once again connected the two sides of Istanbul, has come to an end.

MAIN ROPE SHOOTING WILL START

Asia and Europe came together once again with the installation of a total of 2 meters of "Cat Road". In the catwalk construction, which was started simultaneously on both sides, 370 meters of "catwalk" in total were installed in the main span between the bridge towers. After the assembly of the "catwalk" and the installation of the steel saddles, it is planned to start the "main rope" shooting as of August.

60 SLEEVE HANGING ROPE INSTALLED

One of the two systems to carry the bridge is the inclined suspension rope assembly process continues at full speed. Completion of the installation of total 60 inclined hanger rope.

THE INSTALLATION OF 59 OF THE 17 TABLES OF THE BRIDGE IS COMPLETED

The steel deck assembly process continues at full speed like other stages. The assembly and welding processes of 59 of the 17 decks of the bridge have been completed. 5.5 of the 6 meters high steel decks were placed on the European side and 5 on the Asian side. A total of 6 steel decks were placed this month. The placement and assembly of 17 steel decks in total has been successfully completed.
