GHO Signs New Connections at Rescon Expo

Real Estate Service Partnership (GHO), which differentiates itself in the sector with its Turkish type real estate consultancy model, signed important business connections at Rescon Expo.

Stating that Rescon Expo provides an important meeting opportunity for the sector, GHO Founder Hasan Can Çalgır said, “By participating in sectoral fairs, we both promote our brands and find the opportunity to direct more projects to our offices. The fair is productive for us. Many contractors have negotiated to cooperate with us. Our only goal is not to sell franchises or stone houses, but also to increase the turnover of our offices. We also presented Piccolavita, our solution partner in tiny house, which has been in increasing demand in recent days, to the visitors at our booth at the fair.”

STONE HOUSE IS IN DEMAND IN TURKEY

Stating that the pandemic has driven the real estate sector to nature, Hasan Can Çalgır gave the following views: “As GHO, we created the Taş Ev Turkey brand, which produces both natural and durable residences, 2 years ago. After the pandemic, housing investors especially turned to stone houses. Together with the GHO, we are expanding our sphere of influence. We do not build collective houses, we produce according to demand. We continue to receive requests from across the country. We are evaluating both investors' plots; We can also offer the house and the land ourselves. We started new projects in the Aegean Region, the Mediterranean and recently in Ankara, in Gölbaşı stone house. We want to make our customers' dreams come true. We can build houses up to three floors. Stone houses are cool in summer and warm in winter, as they can live for many years and have natural insulation. We also benefit from technology; We apply insulation that extends from the foundation to the roof. These houses do not require any renovation. Compared to other structures, it provides a profitable investment opportunity in the long run.”

2023 BRANCH TARGETS AT THE END OF 40

Noting that they continue to grow in the sector in line with their targets, GHO General Manager Özkan Yalaza also said; “As GHO, we have reached the growth figures we targeted. In line with our goals and plans, we increased the number of our branches to 29. We don't want to cut that speed. In 2023, we want to expand this expansion and increase the number of branches to 40. Muğla, Antalya, Bursa, Manisa and Fethiye are among our priority targets. The announcement of the new housing interest packages expected after the New Year will revive the sector. At this point, as GHO, we continue our preparations. We want to offer our customers different options quickly. For this reason, we undertook the sales and marketing activities of some large projects in Izmir, Didim and Denizli. As GHO, we want to spread the synergy we have achieved to all offices and to expand the working system in which everyone will benefit. Every project we take is not for a single office, we aim to develop all offices and to be able to do business together”
