At DHMI Airports, 2022 Fire Fire and Emergency Drills were successfully carried out by the Airport Rescue and Fire Fighting (ARFF) units.

In order to be prepared for possible emergencies that may occur at airports, the drills, which should be held for certain periods in line with international and national legislation, were held this year with the participation of the institutions and organizations with which the protocol was signed, within the framework of the 'Emergency Plans'.

In the exercises, where RFF units impress with their superior performance in line with near-realistic scenarios, it is aimed to be prepared for emergencies 7/24 by measuring the capabilities and capabilities of our airports and participants, with the experience gained.

Our ARFF teams, who transform their top-notch training into practical skills with realistic drills, are appreciated for their outstanding achievements in real accident crashes.

Our teams, who proved themselves in the rescue operation at Trabzon Airport on January 14, 2018, immediately responded to the sad event at Hatay Airport on November 6, 2022 and carried out an important rescue operation in record time.

The successful response of the RFF teams to the aforementioned incidents was recorded as the most concrete example of the reflection of the experience gained by our teams through the exercises into a real operation.
