Nelli Became the Rights Holders of TOKİ My First Home, My First Workplace Project in Trabzon!

The drawing ceremony of the “My First Home, My First Workplace” project, the biggest social housing move in the history of the Republic, was held with the participation of Trabzon Governor İsmail Ustaoğlu and Metropolitan Mayor Murat Zorluoğlu.

A drawing ceremony was held in Trabzon for the “My First Home, My First Workplace” project, which will be implemented by the TOKİ Presidency affiliated to the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change. The beneficiaries of 1146 residences for Ortahisar and 150 for the district of Of were determined in the drawing of lots held at KTU Osman Turan Cultural Center. Trabzon Governor İsmail Ustaoğlu, Trabzon Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Murat Zorluoğlu, TOKİ Finance Department Head Ayhan Karaca, AK Party Trabzon Provincial President Sezgin Mumcu, Of Mayor Salim Salih Sarıalioğlu, Akçaabat Mayor Osman Nuri Ekim and applicants attended the draw ceremony.

THANKS TO OUR PRESIDENT

Trabzon Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Murat Zorluoğlu, in his speech before the draw, said, “This big project will give a breath of fresh air to our low-income citizens who want to own a house. This great project has started to be implemented throughout Turkey. 250 thousand houses will be delivered in a short time to our low-income citizens who are entitled by lottery. This is a really big project, a big vision, and behind this vision is our President, Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. We would like to express our thanks and gratitude to him from Trabzon. It is one of the vision projects of our Honorable President and a very valuable work of our Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change and TOKİ Presidency, which truly marked the 100th anniversary of the Republic. Many of our citizens will smile with this work. Many of our brothers will be homeowners. I can feel your excitement from here. I hope my Lord grants all your heart desires. Good luck to this important project for our Trabzon and our country.”

KARACA: WE PROVIDED 35 THOUSAND 335 WORKS

TOKİ Finance Department Head Ayhan Karaca said, “Welcome to the drawing ceremony of My First Home, My First Workplace. In 20 years, 1 million 170 thousand houses have been reached. As TOKİ, we have won 35 works. We did not compromise on horizontal architecture. We stood by our citizens in 335 provinces and districts. Now, with our First Home Project, our nation has shown their trust in us. More than 81 million applications were received. There were over 8 million valid applications. I wish success to Trabzonspor, which will face Fenerbahce today," he said.

USTAOĞLU: ADDING A SEPARATE VISION

Trabzon Governor İsmail Ustaoğlu said, “For 250 thousand housing projects, 2 thousand 550 citizens will be homeowners in Trabzon. Our young people dream of owning a house. They will have achieved their dream home with the project. A certain quota has been reserved for our martyrs' families and our retirees. Especially our young people will get the houses of their dreams. It adds a different identity to our cities and adds a different vision with its social reinforcement areas.”

TRABZON PROTOCOL DRAW THE FIRST LOTS

After the protocol speeches, the drawing ceremony took place. Along with Trabzon Governor İsmail Ustaoğlu and Metropolitan Mayor Murat Zorluoğlu, the members of the protocol drew the first draw for the families of the martyrs.
