İzmir Metropolitan Municipality ESHOT General Directorate applied to the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Services to facilitate the disabled individuals who need to issue an İzmirim Card with photo within the scope of combating the pandemic. In accordance with the circular issued by the Ministry of Internal Affairs within the scope of combating the pandemic, the period of HES Code control in urban public transportation has started.
