The third Research on Violence Against Women in Turkey, which was conducted by the Ministry of Family and Social Services in 2008 and 2014, will be held.
Within the scope of the project, which will be an important resource for the Ministry's policies on combating violence, a comprehensive field research will be conducted throughout Turkey and the current situation regarding violence against women will be examined according to sociodemographic characteristics. Scientific evidence will be obtained to form the basis for policies and services in the field of violence against women.
ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE MODELS WILL BE USED
The data to be collected will be combined with the results of the research conducted in 2008 and 2014 to develop a "data warehouse" in the fight against violence against women.
Within the scope of the "data warehouse" that will offer rich data visualization opportunities, artificial intelligence algorithms will be used in risk analysis and preventive studies in the fight against violence against women. A psychosocial support model will be prepared for victims of violence
Within the scope of the project, in addition to collecting quantitative data, psychosocial needs will be determined by conducting qualitative interviews with victims of violence and service providers.
Thanks to the psychosocial support model to be prepared for victims of violence, systematic, holistic and effective interventions will be offered to increase psychological and social functionality.
