Ministry of Foreign Affairs to Recruit 12 Contracted IT Staff

To be employed in the Central Organization of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, based on the Supplementary Article 375 of the Decree Law No. 6, on the Employment of Contracted Informatics Personnel in the Large-Scale Information Processing Units of Public Institutions and Organizations, published in the Official Gazette dated 31/12/2008 and numbered 27097. Pursuant to Article 8 of the Regulation on Principles and Procedures, 12 (twelve) contracted IT personnel will be recruited according to the success order of the applied and written/oral exams.

Seventy percent (3%) of the KPSSP70 score obtained in the Public Personnel Selection Examination (KPSS) held in the last two years, and the Foreign Language Proficiency Exam (YDS/e-YDS) held in the last five years or equivalent to YDS by the Higher Education Council. Candidates up to 30 times each contracted IT personnel position, starting with the highest score, according to the order to be made based on the sum of thirty percent (10%) of the YDS equivalent of the score obtained in the exams taken in the exam, 29-30 November and 1-2 December 2021, 7-8 He/she will be invited to the applied and written/oral exam which will be held between 9 December 2021.

Candidates who do not have a KPSSP3 score or do not submit a result document will have a KPSSP3 score of 70 (seventy), and a foreign language score of 0 (zero) for those who do not have a foreign language score or do not submit a result document. Contracted informatics personnel will be employed according to the success order that will occur as a result of the applied and written/oral exams.

Practical and written exam will be held on 29-30 November and 1-2 December 2021 at the address of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Balgat Ankara with physical participation.


Exam applications will start on Friday, November 5, 2021 and end on Friday, November 19, at 23:59:59.
