Koztan Mayor Ertan Sahin said in a statement on the subject;
“We started the construction of one of the bridges that we said we would build at the entrance of Kozlu. At present, we have started the foundation works of the bridge, which will connect Kozlu Center to Güney Mahallesi, to Lebi Derya Residences, and will connect the two sides of Kozlu. Pile driving and foundation building works are currently in progress. The bridge is 38 meters long, 10 meters wide, and planned for vehicle and pedestrian. It was planned as a round trip for bi-directional sidewalks and vehicles. The main line is steel construction and the foundation is planned as a pile system. It will be a suitable bridge for the livelihood of pedestrians and all kinds of vehicles. It connects the side of the current Kızılay Building with the crossroad at the entrance of Kozlu. This bridge will both relieve the Kozlu city center in terms of traffic and provide easy access to parking lots. We will have completely solved the parking problem in Kozlu. When the bridge construction is completed, an opening ceremony will be held. "
