The loan installments of forest villagers and cooperatives in Kahramanmaraş-centered provinces affected by earthquakes were postponed until 31 December by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.
The Regulation of the General Directorate of Forestry on the Amendment of the Regulation on the Activities of Supporting the Development of Forest Villagers has been published in the Official Gazette.
Accordingly, in the provinces affected by the earthquakes that took place on February 6, the loan installments required to be collected by forest villagers and cooperatives, who were provided with loans within the scope of the provisions of the regulation, between February 6 and July 31, were postponed until December 31, without seeking the condition of application. No interest will be charged for these receivables during the deferral period.
