The Grand National Assembly of Turkey's decision to declare a state of emergency (OHAL) for 10 months starting from 8 on 01.00 February in 3 provinces affected by the Kahramanmaraş-centered earthquakes was published in the Official Gazette.
Accordingly, in accordance with Article 119 of the Constitution and subparagraph (a) of the first paragraph of Article 2935 of the Emergency Law No. 3, there are 8 provinces in Kahramanmaraş, Adana, Adıyaman, Diyarbakır, Gaziantep, Hatay, Kilis, Malatya, Osmaniye and Şanlıurfa. The President's Decision on declaring a state of emergency for 2023 days as of Wednesday, February 90 was approved at the 9st meeting of the General Assembly of the Turkish Grand National Assembly on 61 February.
