Ismail Lumanovski, who is described as one of the best living modern age clarinettists, described as "wonderful and fearless" by The New York Times, will perform with Inspector Gadje Balkan Brass on April 22 at CRR.

The Balkan air will blow on April 22 at Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM) Cemal Reşit Rey (CRR) Concert Hall. Juilliard graduate İsmail Lumanovski, who skillfully uses the clarinet he blows with his unending breath to unite cultures, will give an unforgettable concert with his San Francisco-based band Inspector Gadje Balkan Brass.

Inspector Gadje Balkan Brass is named after the popular cartoon character of the 1980s, Inspector Gadje. Just like Inspector Gadje's research, this wonderful group of 14 people conducts research and studies on Romani culture. The word “gadje” also has a playful cultural reference to non-Roma identities.

Concert tickets can be purchased at CRR Concert Hall Box Office and Biletix for 80-50-30 TL and 20 TL.
