GENERAL CONDITIONS
1) To have the qualifications specified in subparagraph (A) of Article 657 of the Civil Servants Law No. 48:

  • a) be a citizen of the Republic of Turkey,
  • b) Not to be deprived of public rights,
  • c) Even if the periods specified in Article 53 of the Turkish Penal Code have passed; crimes against the security of the state, crimes against the constitutional order and its functioning, embezzlement, extortion, bribery, theft, fraud, fraud, abuse of trust, fraudulent not to be convicted of the crimes of bankruptcy, rigging the tender, rigging the performance of the act, laundering of the assets arising from the crime or smuggling,
  • ç) In terms of military status; not to be involved in military service, not to be of military age or, if he has reached the age of military service, to have performed active military service or to be postponed or transferred to the reserve class,
  • d) Without prejudice to the provisions of Article 53, not to have a mental illness that may prevent him from performing his duty continuously.

2- To be under the age of 35 as of the first day of January of the year in which the entrance exam is held (born on or after January 01, 1986).

3- To be positive as a result of archive research.

4- At least 2020 (sixty) points from the Public Personnel Selection Examination (B) Group held by ÖSYM in 3, KPSS P (93) for undergraduate graduates, KPSS P (94) for associate degree graduates, and KPSS P (60) for secondary education graduates. 5- For positions with YDS requirement, only YDS result documents obtained within the last 5 years as of the application deadline will be considered valid.

6- Candidates will only be able to apply for a position title exam. Applications for more than one position title will not be accepted.

7- Those whose contracts are terminated by their institutions due to acting contrary to the principles of the service contract while working in the positions of 4/B contracted personnel in public institutions and organizations and those who unilaterally terminate the service contract within the contract period must have completed the one-year waiting period as of the date of application. However, those who terminate their contract unilaterally in accordance with subparagraphs (a), (b) and (c) of the fourth paragraph of Annex 1 of the Principles Regarding the Employment of Contracted Personnel are not subject to the aforementioned one-year waiting period.

APPLICATION METHOD AND DELIVERY PLACE OF APPLICATION DOCUMENTS
1- Candidates must submit their applications electronically through the application link to be announced on the website of our Presidency (www.ytb.gov.tr), through the application system they will log in using their TR ID numbers and e-Government passwords. Since the applications will be received electronically, mail, e-mail, fax, etc. Applications made by mail or by hand will not be accepted.

2- Entrance exam applications will start at 25.10.2021:09.00 on 05.11.2021 and end at 18.00 on XNUMX.

3- Candidates must complete their applications through the application system in a complete and error-free manner and submit them electronically. The applications of the candidates who do not complete the application process will not be recorded in the system, and the candidates in this situation will not be able to claim any rights. Candidates who realize that there is a deficiency or error in their information have to make a new application after withdrawing their applications until the end of the application period.

4- If the candidates have two or more of the points in the advertisement, they can only apply for one point type and at most one position. Applications of candidates who make more than one choice will be deemed invalid. Candidates in this situation will not be able to claim any rights.

5- The graduation information of the candidates who will apply for the entrance exam at the undergraduate and associate degree levels can be automatically inquired from the Higher Education Institution through the application system. Candidates who have errors/incomplete information or who do not receive graduation information from the Higher Education Institution must manually enter their updated information, and the candidates in this situation must upload their approved diploma sample or graduation documents obtained from (www.turkiye.gov.tr) to the Application System in PDF or JPEG format. required.

6- Candidates who will apply for the entrance exam at the secondary education level must manually enter their graduation information and upload the approved diploma sample in PDF or JPEG format to the application system.

7- Candidates who have graduated from education institutions in the country or abroad and have equivalence to the relevant departments regarding the educational status sought in the advertisement should upload their equivalence documents in PDF or JPEG format to the application system.

8- Candidates who will apply for the Protection and Security Officer position must upload their private security officer ID card, which has not expired as of the application deadline, to the application system in PDF or JPEG format.

9- Candidates who will apply for the position of programmer but who do not have a bachelor's degree in computer programming from higher education institutions, on condition that they have at least a bachelor's degree, must upload a document showing that they have taken a course in the field of computer programming or a certificate approved by the Ministry of National Education in this field in PDF or JPEG format.

10- Candidates whose contracts are terminated by their institutions or whose contract is terminated unilaterally while they are working full-time in 4/B contracted personnel positions in public institutions and organizations, in order to certify that they have completed the one-year waiting period, apply for the approved Service Document in PDF or JPEG format from their former institutions. must be installed on the system.

11- Male candidates must upload their military status documents to the application system in PDF or JPEG format, which they will download from e-government.

12- Candidates must upload their passport photos taken within the last six months in JPEG format to the application system.
