Turkey Journalism Achievement Awards, organized by the Turkish Journalists Association for 65 years, found their winners. The ceremony was held on Monday, April 22, 2024 at 14.00 at the TGC Burhan Felek Conference Hall.
In the opening speech of the ceremony, President of the Turkish Journalists Association, Vahap Munyar, told the colleagues participating in the competition that they made a very important contribution to the free circulation of news, regardless of the conditions in the country, with the news, programs, columns and photographs they produced.
While presenting the ceremony, TGC Secretary General Sibel Güneş said, "In addition to being the largest journalism professional organization in Turkey with 3 members, the Turkish Journalists Association is also one of the most effective institutions in Turkey with its successful work since its establishment in 750." .
This year, a total of 33 awards were given under the main headings of Press, TV-Radio, Internet and Digital Platform at the Turkey Journalism Achievement Awards.

Turkish Journalists Association Board of Directors 2023 Niyazi Dalyancı Peace Journalism Award was given to communication academician Prof. "For his work in the field of peace journalism, fair, peace-oriented journalism and his contribution to reducing the use of violent language in the media."
