Minister of Internal Affairs Ali Yerlikaya announced that the organized crime group, led by İsmail Yavuz, was destroyed in the "Mahzen-2" operations carried out in 31 provinces centered in Balıkesir. During the operations, 8 suspects who were members of the organized crime group, including the ringleader, were caught.
Minister Yerlikaya shared the details of the operation on his social media account.
Minister Yerlikaya noted that as a result of simultaneous operations, hunting rifles, various amounts of drugs and many mobile phones that were found to be used in the crime were seized.
