Exuberant Celebration in Ayvalık

BALIKESİR (İGFA) – April 23 National Sovereignty and Children's Day was celebrated with enthusiasm with ceremonies at Cumhuriyet Square in Ayvalık, followed by demonstrations at Hüsnü Uğural Stadium.

Ayvalık Mayor Mesut Ergin said, “Only great leaders entrust the future to small hearts. Happy Eid, the Most Beautiful Holiday gifted to children in the world.

We celebrated April 23 National Sovereignty and Children's Day with the poems, songs and magnificent shows of our children at Hüsnü Uğural Stadium, after the wreath laying ceremony in Republic Square.

"On the 104th anniversary of the establishment of our Gazi Assembly, which is the symbol of our sovereignty, I congratulate our April 23 National Sovereignty and Children's Day, which the Great Leader Mustafa Kemal Atatürk presented to all the children of the world," he said.
