Reaction from CHP Deputy Suiçmez to Adalet's Interview Results

Turkish Grand National Assembly Clerk Member and CHP Trabzon Deputy Suiçmez celebrated the anniversary of the establishment of village institutes at the press conference he held in the Parliament.

Suiçmez stated that many people who took the Ministry of Justice promotion exam in front of the courthouse reacted to the interview results. Deputy Suiçmez said, “We are not surprised by this reaction. We know that in every institution where there is an oral exam, the results of the written exam are eliminated by manipulating the results of the oral exam. By giving high marks to those who are successful in the oral exam, the low scores they received in the written exam are eliminated and those who are not qualified are promoted. "The result of this exam was like that." he said.

Arguing that the rights of candidates who were successful in the written exam were ignored in the oral interview, Suiçmez said, “While the Ministry of Justice officials promised that the written exam score would be taken into account during courthouse visits, it is unacceptable that these promises remained in the air. "The Ministry of Justice should review these unfair practices in courthouses and create a system where justice is served equally for everyone." he said.

Suiçmez stated that justice is the basis of the state and that there will be no trust, state and peace where justice is not manifested and said, “It is essential to establish a fair evaluation system in written and oral exams. We expect Mr. President's promise that 'interviews will be abolished' to be fulfilled. In other words, both appointments and promotions in the profession should be made based solely on written exam results.” said.
