Tekin pointed out that the latest developments in the Middle East have reached alarming dimensions; “The October 7 Al-Aqsa Flood Operation is not the beginning of events but the result. The main responsible for the conflicts we face today is the occupation regime, Israel. In order to hide the genocide it committed in Gaza, Israel targeted Iran, attacked Iran's consulate in Damascus, and murdered Iranian generals and civilian officials. Israel aims to spread the fire to the region. Iran has the right to self-defense against this attack that ignores international law. The response given by Iran the other day, which was quite reasonable, should be evaluated in this context. The USA and Western states, which did not show the necessary reaction to Israel, which brutally murdered babies, children and pregnant women, targeted ambulances, hospitals, schools and places of worship, and killed approximately 17.000 children and 35.000 people, have been making statements against Iran one after another since yesterday. They are doing it. This insincere and hypocritical attitude is never acceptable. Now the place that everyone should really focus on is Gaza, the occupied Palestinian territories. Everyone must now do their part to prevent the genocide in Gaza.
