Hasan Kılıç, known as the well-known sheikh of the İsmailağa Community and known as "Hasan Efendi", passed away at the age of 93. In the statement made by İsmailağa Mosque, “Our Sheikh Hasan Efendi (Kuddise Sirruhû) has passed away. My condolences to the Ummah of Muhammad!” statements were included.
The sheikhship of Hasan Kılıç, who assumed the leadership of the community after the death of Mahmut Ustaosmanoğlu, has been a subject of debate for a long time. Hasan Kılıç was born in 1930 in the Çaybaşı village of Trabzon's Çaykara district. After completing his primary education at home in his village, he completed his military service in Bursa. Later, he started teaching students in İsmailağa Community.
