For 4.5-magnitude earthquakes, the system sends two types of alerts, "Be Aware" and "Take Action", depending on the depth and magnitude of the earthquake.
The Android earthquake warning system takes advantage of the phone's existing technology, and works on all Android OS 5.0 and above phones with device location and "Earthquake Alerts" turned on. Users who do not want to receive early earthquake warnings can disable the "Earthquake Alerts" option in their device settings.

Google uses this system in Turkey, as well as in the Philippines, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan.
HOW TO TURN ON GOOGLE ANDROID EARTHQUAKE WARNING SYSTEM?
To enable this system, go to the settings of your phone. Open this tab by typing “location” in the search field.
Tap Location > Advanced > Earthquake Alerts.
On the screen that opens, press the "Earthquake Warnings" screen. If it is on, it means earthquake warnings are available for use. If it is not active, you can activate it via this screen.
