To enable this system, go to the settings of your phone. Open this tab by typing “location” in the search field.

Tap Location > Advanced > Earthquake Alerts.

On the screen that opens, press the "Earthquake Warnings" screen. If it is on, it means earthquake warnings are available for use. If it is not active, you can activate it via this screen.
