Art structures will be built by the 7th Regional Directorate of Highways in order to facilitate access to Samsun City Hospital, which is under construction. The project has been included in the highway network as of December 8, 2022, and the project tender for the said road was made on January 23. Within the scope of the project, it is planned to construct a double bridge with a total length of 210 meters, 1 intersection with different levels, 3 at-grade roundabouts and 1 underpass.
