Earthquake Victims Placed in Social Facilities of Izmir Metropolitan Municipality

Izmir Metropolitan Municipality has settled some of the earthquake-affected families who came to the city in İZELMAN's facilities in Buca and Örnekköy. Earthquake victims are also provided with psycho-social support.

İzmir Metropolitan Municipality, which started a campaign for the sheltering problem of earthquake victims with the “One Rent One Home” campaign, also started to place the guests who came to İzmir from the disaster area in vacant facilities. İZELMAN A.Ş. Buca Social Facilities and Ornekköy Social Facilities within the body were put into service for the accommodation of earthquake victims.

Internet, heating, hot water, cafeteria and laundry services are offered to earthquake victims who come to Izmir from the disaster area. In addition, psycho-social support is provided for earthquake victims with the teams available at the centers.
