As a result of the joint work of our Ministry and the Ministries of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, in earthquake zones rundownto be demolished immediately ve heavily damaged The circular containing the rules for entering/not entering the buildings for the evacuation of goods was published by our AFAD Presidency.

In the circular, it was emphasized that it would not be allowed to enter the ruined, urgently demolished buildings.

It was also explained how to enter the buildings where controlled evacuation will be made and what can be taken. It was also underlined that the evacuations would be carried out under the coordination of governorships and district governorships and under the supervision of law enforcement officers.

According to this;

  2. Entry permit for all heavily damaged buildings and purchase of goods will be evaluated in line with the report of experts appointed by the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change.
  3. It will be planned in accordance with the evacuation report to be prepared by experts regarding their buildings, so that our citizens, whose building has been determined to be heavily damaged and will not object to the building damage status within the 30-day objection period, will be able to take their belongings.
  4. These plans will be shared with our citizens in communication tents.
  5. In the expert report cannot be entered If it is written, the entrance to the building will not be allowed to ensure life safety.
  6. Controlled 30 minutes can be entered into the building In the event that a report is submitted, only valuables (passport, valuable papers, etc.) will be allowed to be purchased within 30 minutes.
  7. Controlled 2 hours can be entered into the building If a report is given, a maximum of 2 people will be able to get their belongings by entering the building within 4 hours. (Any kind of activity that is fixed to the structure and will cause vibration during disassembly is strictly prohibited. It is strictly forbidden to disassemble kitchen cabinets, heater cores, PVC doors, windows, components mounted on all kinds of structures, electrical and lighting installations, etc.)
  8. General coordination of the evacuation works will be provided by the Governorships/District Governorships.
  9. The evacuation will be carried out under the supervision of law enforcement officers and it is mandatory to comply with all the rules.
  10. In the event that the evacuation must be stopped due to possible force majeure during the evacuation (aftershocks, etc.), the evacuation will be terminated immediately and this situation will be recorded.
  11. For our citizens who are not allowed to enter or whose goods cannot be evacuated, additional goods will be provided.
