Another Step To Relieve Novices Junction

The works have been completed on the Hayran Cadde widening, K5 Bridge and Mudanya Junction connection branches, designed by the Bursa Metropolitan Municipality as part of the 'Acemler Junction' projected from its burdens. The future density of the region was planned and Hayran Cadde, which was built as 2 rounds and 2 departures, added value to the region through pavement arrangements and bicycles.

Working hard to clear the Acemler Junction, which is the nodal point of urban traffic in Bursa, the Metropolitan Municipality has completed 3 more works that give the region a breath of fresh air. The Metropolitan Municipality, which started the works in Acemler with lane expansions on the junction arms, connected Hayran Cadde and Oulu Cadde with a tube passage, eliminating the density of vehicles coming from the south on the junction. A solution was provided to the parking problem in the region with the city bus and car parking area established on an area of ​​15 thousand 450 square meters in front of the ongoing hospital construction.

The last stage has been completed

Concurrently with all these works, Hayran Street widening, K5 Bridge and Mudanya Junction connecting rods were manufactured. 220 beams were assembled for the construction of a 39-meter bridge that will directly connect the vehicles coming from the direction of Odunluk, Dikkaldırım and Beşevler to the direction of Mudanya and İzmir. The branches connecting the vehicles coming from this direction to both the city center and the direction of Mudanya and İzmir from the stadium side were asphalted and opened for transportation. The works that turned the two-lane Hayran Cadde into a divided road with 2 departures and 2 departures have also been completed. With its border and pavement arrangements, bicycle and pedestrian walkways, modern lighting and renewed asphalt, Hayran Cadde has been made comfortable for transportation. The K5 bridge, which will connect Hayran Cadde to the newly constructed Mudanya Junction connection branches, has also been completed and opened to traffic. Thus, all the works designed to reduce the burdens of Acemler Junction were completed and put into service.

Bursa Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Alinur Aktaş said that they have considered the region as a whole in order to eliminate the density in Acemler, and that they have completed the projects they have planned and put them into use. Stating that the traffic load on Hayran Street is increasing day by day with the new hospital, police building and stadium, Mayor Aktaş said, “We have increased the two-lane street to 4 lanes as a 'divided road'. Vehicles coming from the direction of Odunluk, Dikkaldırım and Beşevler will be able to easily go to both the D5 highway and Mudanya and İzmir direction via the Mudanya Junction by using the Hayran Cadde and K200 bridge. Thus, the loads of the Acemler Junction will be significantly reduced. I wish all these works to be good.”
