İBB kept the name of the late General Manager of its subsidiary İSTAÇ, Mustafa Yaşam, alive in his hometown Gümüşhane. The 'Mustafa Live Science and Art Center' was made ready for service less than a year after its foundation was laid. IYI Party Chairman Meral Akşener expressed her pleasure in opening the center bearing the name of the deceased Live, and said, “I saw a photo here today. That photo is very important. The Mayor of IMM and the Mayor of Gümüşhane are together. This is a very important photo for Turkey. But it was Mustafa Yaşam who provided this photo”. IMM President Ekrem İmamoğlu “All the institutions of the state belong to all of us. Its name is National Education, its name is Ministry of Interior. The name is this, this is it. We are also a government agency. We also represent our state. While presenting this work of our state to you here, we do not say 'he did it, this did it'. We are doing it with the budget of the people of Istanbul and our nation. Let's be together, let's be together. Our Mayor of Gümüşhane is here. I thank him. Lovely. Because this trust is theirs now. So it's not part A, part B, part C. Everything done well belongs to our nation.”

Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM) completed the "Mustafa Live Science and Art Center", which carries the name of the late General Manager of İSTAÇ AŞ, who passed away on September 19, 29, due to Kovid-2020, in Gümüşhane, his hometown. Inauguration of the center, IYI Party Chairman Meral Akşener, IMM President Ekrem İmamoğluwas held with the participation of the Mayor of Gümüşhane, Ercan Çimen, and the Live Family.

AKŞENER: “THIS PHOTO IS VERY IMPORTANT”

Expressing his pleasure to see İmamoğlu and Çimen in front of him, Akşener said in his speech, “I saw a photograph here today. That photo is very important. IMM President, Gümüşhane Mayor, representatives of all political parties, our deputies and vice presidents of both our and other parties, women, men and young people are together. This is a very important photo for Turkey. But this photo is provided by Mustafa Live. Under normal circumstances, it is normal for political competition, especially in a period towards elections, that competition intensifies. We'd better be a little quieter in Turkey. Maybe we should pray the following prayer: May Allah grant us all to leave a legacy and a name that unites and unites people, like Mustafa Lives.

“IF WE ARE HERE TOGETHER, THE REASON IS MUSTAFA LIVE”

Saying that he congratulated Yaşam when he was appointed as the General Manager of İSTAÇ, Akşener said, “I said to him; 'May Allah not embarrass him, grant him the ability to render superior services.' He too - I draw the rosary; knows- she said to me, 'Sister, don't forget me on your rosaries. Say; 'May Allah not make me one of the wrongdoers. Do not act from those who violate people's rights. May he grant success to people with service.' Therefore, if we are all together here today, it shows that these prayers that he said and that I said 'Amen' and then said on their behalf were accepted by Allah Almighty. God bless you both for being here together. God bless you all for honoring this place. I hope our brother Mustafa will inform him of this picture, this photograph and this beauty.”

İMAMOĞLU: “CENTER WILL PROVIDE VERY SPECIAL SERVICES TO GÜMUŞHANE”

İmamoğlu, who started his speech by wishing mercy to the deceased Yaşamoğlu, said, “I think with the educational opportunities this center will offer, the beautiful children of this beautiful city, with the inspiration they will receive from the struggle of Mustafa Yaşam to serve the homeland and the nation; they will be well-equipped, bright children and will serve our country, even the world and humanity. These gifted children will be prepared for the future of the world in their workshops, experimental activity areas, libraries, conference halls, sky observatories and studios. This beautiful work, which was designed with inspiration from the historical and legendary houses of Gümüşhane, will offer very special services to Gümüşhane.”

“I PROMISED AT THE FUNERAL”

İmamoğlu thanked every person, institution and organization who contributed to the construction of the centre, and stated that he had known the deceased since his term as Gümüşhane Mayor. Emphasizing that he decided to implement the idea of keeping Alive's name alive in Gümüşhane at the funeral of the deceased, İmamoğlu said:

“I said to myself, 'Brother, in this city you serve, we promise to bring you a beautiful piece of art with your name on it'. We worked on 'what should be'. Of course, we know that he is both a scientist, a technical person and a lover of education. Also, the service to education is the service to the future of a country and there is no such thing as its value. That's why we decided on this school. Institutions supported us on this issue and we finished it in 10-11 months. There was a request for interior equipment. We said 'yes' to him immediately, and we got him together. May this service be good for our Gümüşhane.”

“WHEN PRESENTING THIS WORK OF OUR GOVERNMENT TO YOU HERE, WE DON'T SAY 'HE DID IT, THIS DID IT'”

Emphasizing that the nation is the sole owner of the services rendered by all state institutions, İmamoğlu said, “There are institutions where our services are delivered. Those institutions belong to all of us. Its name is National Education, its name is Ministry of Interior. That's what it's called. What I am saddened by, I have to say here as well. I'm saying let's learn from this. No one should behave like this. We are also a government agency. We also represent our state. Therefore, when presenting this work of our state to you here, we do not say, 'He did it, this did it'. We are doing it with the budget of the people of Istanbul and our nation. My heart desires them all. Let's be together, let's be together. Our Mayor of Gümüşhane is here. I thank him. Lovely. Because this trust is theirs now. So it's not part A, part B, part C. What is done is left to our nation. Everything done well belongs to our nation.”

“THE RIGHT THING IS WHAT THE MAYOR OF GÜMÜŞHANE DONE”

Recalling what happened during the inauguration of the police station they opened in Beylükdüzü with CHP Chairman Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu and IYI Party Chairman Meral Akşener, İmamoğlu said:

“Unfortunately, we opened a police station without the police. I don't like this. I'm upset about it. I'm on fire. Because today I am, tomorrow I am not. Another will come and continue to serve. I; Whatever subject is put into the service of our state and our nation, I rush to any place where I am invited. I don't care who did it. I applaud like cracking hands. I don't hesitate. Therefore, I wish our friends from our National Education organization, from our district governor to our manager, were here today. But whoever is causing them not to come here is doing it wrong. Revert from this mistake. This is not the right attitude. I experienced a similar thing in Elazig. I tell dozens of examples in many places, but this should not happen. The right thing is what the mayor of Gümüşhane did by coming here. Institutions will also come to take delivery. What would happen if we set the table here and sign the protocol in your presence; If we give them the protocol, if they thank us... What would happen if we gave each other a big hug, for God's sake? What can this nation desire, apart from hugging each other? There is not a single citizen living in Gümüşhane that I would not hug. There is not a single citizen living in Istanbul that I would not hug. There is not a single citizen living in Turkey that we would not hug. Institutions are not owned by political parties. Political parties are institutions that serve as tools for all of us. It's not the goal. Aim; our state, our nation. I have to say this. Because if we don't say these things, someone may repeat this mistake tomorrow. They shouldn't, they shouldn't."

ÇİMEN: “THANK YOU ON BEHALF OF MY PERSON AND THE PEOPLE OF GÜMÜŞHANE”

In his speech, Gümüşhane Mayor Ercan Çimen said, “As Gümüşhane, we all came together at the opening of a good service today. We are here for the opening of the school, built by the IMM, on behalf of our late mayor, Mr. Mustafa Live. Mustafa Live, our brother, was one of the important people that Gümüşhane raised. He was also a good father, a good wife, a good friend. The death of our elder brother, Mustafa Live, has saddened us deeply, as is the case with everyone. He became the elder brother and brother of all biased and impartial people. We took over the flag of serving Gümüşhane from him. God bless him for his service to our city. Noting that they gave the name of the deceased Ali to the park in the most beautiful spot of the city, Çimen said, “The name Mustafa Viz will live in this school now. To our Governor's Office, the Ministry of National Education and the Mayor of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, who contributed to the construction of this school here. Ekrem İmamoğlu I would like to thank the gentleman and his team on behalf of myself and the people of Gümüşhane.”

EMRE CANLI: “WE ARE AWARE OF THE LEGACY LEFT US BY OUR FATHER MUSTAFA CANLI”

Thanking Akşener and İmamoğlu with the words, "You did not leave us alone on this emotionally charged day," Emre Yaşam, the son of the deceased, said, "As the son of a father who has served this city for many years and is devoted to these lands, the name Mustafa Live is still remembered. I am very proud of the fact that it is a good cause for this city. We will always be there for our children who will grow up from here. We are aware that the greatest legacy left to us by our father, Mustafa Ali, is a bright and benevolent past, as a native of the country, who ran with his heart and soul wherever there is something to be done for an acquaintance in Turkey. I would like to express my gratitude again and again to everyone who has made the name of our father Mustafa Vivian, who has always lived in goodness and whose heart is full of human love, alive in such a valuable work.”

After the speeches, the ribbon cutting was started for the opening. Mustafa Live Science and Art Center; IYI Party Chairman Akşener, IYI Party Deputy Chairman Koray Aydın, Ümit Dikbayır, Metin Ergun, deputies, İBB President İmamoğlu, Gümüşhane Mayor Çimen and the Live Family cut the ribbon with the participation of many Gümüşhane residents. Akşener, İmamoğlu and their accompanying delegation made investigations at the center, which was opened later.
