I also find it valuable that they receive trainings on our sustainability theme during this period. We are happy to touch thousands of young people within the scope of the School of Life, which both provides a solution to the problem of finding qualified technical personnel and is a solution to youth unemployment, even if to some extent. We fulfill our responsibilities to our society by contributing to employment in the business world, while our young people study the education they receive. It is very important to work hard, to motivate your team as a good leader, and to constantly renew yourself in order to be successful in business life.

Meeting with the students at the certificate ceremony after the trainings that lasted for 5 weeks. EGİAD President Alp Avni Yelkenbiçer stated that their goal is to support technical competencies with social development, EGİAD He stated that the young people who graduated from the School of Life were able to start their business life by becoming more competent. Noting that they also aim to prevent job loss from Izmir to other cities, Yelkenbiçer said, “Recent developments show that young people unfortunately go to work in other cities or countries. For this reason, we think that it is necessary to provide an environment where these young people can work in our city in İzmir. While developed cities and countries produce projects to attract intelligent people from all over the world, apart from their own human resources, to their regions, while adding the employment power of the youth to the economy; As a business organization of this region, we cannot deny youth employment and the contribution and benefit it will provide to the economy. As a result, both cities and countries will rise and gain value with the presence of our youth in business life. I would like to emphasize that our association, which has a youth expression at the beginning, attaches great importance to young people. Investing in youth is an investment in future generations. That's why we attach great importance to signing a few youth projects."
