ASELSAN received the Bronze Award in the Culture & Technologies category at the Global Council of Corporate Universities awards.
In April 2021, Defense Turk announced that ASELSAN made it to the finals in the Global Corporate Academies Council awards thanks to the learning and development projects that ASELSAN has implemented in order to contribute to its employees in the light of its development value. Thanks to the learning and development practices that ASELSAN has put into practice; Global Council of Corporate Universities (GlobalCCU) announced that it is the winner of the bronze award in the “Culture & Technologies” category, which is among the award categories.
An international jury evaluated 7 organizations from 17 countries at the GlobalCCU awards, of which ASELSAN was also a finalist. The awards found their owners on May 5, 2021 at the 2021 GlobalCCU e-forum, which brings together learning and development leaders of corporate academies from around the world.
In 2019, the activities carried out on the a BİL-GE platform under the coordination of the Corporate Management Vice Presidency for the purposes of carrying out learning and development activities on a single system and providing digital training opportunities to employees were evaluated by the jury. ASELSAN presented a BİL-GE Platform to its employees via the internet and mobile application in 2020 in order to make the development of its employees sustainable. It took its place with its employees in their development journey with trainings specially designed for the pandemic period.
With the aim of sharing corporate knowledge and encouraging a culture of learning from each other through the “Information Sharing Program”, one of ASELSAN's prominent learning and development projects in 2020, ASELSAN members contributed to the personal and professional development of their colleagues with the trainings they developed. The growth and enrichment of the Information Sharing Program was made possible by the contributions of ASELSAN employees to the program.
ASELSAN has learned together with its employees, interns and stakeholders through the learning and development projects it has carried out in 2020; It was deemed worthy of international evaluation by creating many opportunities in its development journey.
ASELSAN is also a leader in other fields
ASELSAN continues to lead in areas other than the learning and development category. Finally, the 2020 CDP Turkey Climate Leader awards found their owners on March 19, 31, at the award ceremony held in the form of an online webinar due to the COVID-2021 outbreak. At the aforementioned award ceremony, ASELSAN once again received the Climate Leader Award in one of its prestigious environmental projects, the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP). Thus, ASELSAN has increased its success each year in the field of climate change and reflected its sustainability approach to its score.

Included in the CDP Turkey Program with its first report in 2012 and receiving the Climate Leader Award for three consecutive years by increasing its success every year, ASELSAN continues to carry out its R&D and production activities with the responsibility of adding value to the society in line with its commitment to see the environment as a trust to be passed on to future generations. .
