Pakistan's Karachi Mayor Iftikhar Ali Shallwani, who came to Eskişehir to see the ESTRAM Project closely, and the accompanying delegation paid a courtesy visit to Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Yılmaz Büyükerşen. Stating that Pakistan's place is very different for Turks, Mayor Büyükerşen expressed his satisfaction with the visit and expressed that they are ready to give all kinds of support for the tram project.
After the visit, Mayor Iftikhar Ali Shallwani and the accompanying delegation made investigations on the field with ESTRAM officials and stated that they left Eskişehir with positive thoughts and would be happy to work with ESTRAM on the project.
