Help was requested from 112 Emergency Call Center for Nagihan Ünsal, who was running for the help of the people around. Ünsal, who was intervened by the incoming health teams, was taken to Antalya Training and Research Hospital by ambulance. Ünsal, who was treated, was noted to have good health. Zafer Zeyneller, whom the police referred to, continued again after the completion of the proceedings. Due to the accident, tram services were interrupted for a short time.
