Interest in the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway project is increasing: Azerbaijan Transport Minister Ziya Mammadov said that the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway line, which is expected to be completed by the end of this year, opened great opportunities not only for Azerbaijan and the region, but for all Eurasia.
