Net Holding A.Ş.'s Merit Starlit Hotel & Residence & Games of Chance Hall project in Budva, Montenegro has been completed.
In the statement made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), the following information was given: "In the city of Budva, the coastal tourism resort of Montenegro, our Merit Starlit Hotel & Residence project, planned as 19.000 floors in a closed area of 10 square meters, and a games hall with an area of 2.500 square meters, have been completed. The soft opening of our gaming hall with Merit Starlit Hotel & Residence has been made and customer acceptance has started. Work continues to start operating at full capacity. When it starts operating at full capacity, the Merit Starlit Hotel & Residence section will be operated by our group company Merit Turizm Yatırım ve İşletme A.Ş. The revenues from Merit Starlit Hotel & Residence & Games Hall activities are expected to have a positive impact on our company's Earnings Before Tax, Interest, Depreciation and Amortization (EBITDA) figures. Net Holding continues to grow with its new investments.”
