Gendarmerie and medical teams were dispatched to the scene upon the notice of eyewitnesses. It was determined that Y.K., who was seriously injured, died at the scene.
M.Ö. escaped after the incident. It was learned that he was caught and detained by gendarmerie teams.
An investigation into the incident has been launched.
