Armed police from other countries will protect Malmö during Eurovision.
Police authorities classify Eurovision in Malmö as a special national event, and police officers from both Denmark and Norway are coming to Malmö to help Swedish police provide security.

Eurovision Week starts on 5 May and visitors from more than 80 countries have purchased tickets for the competitions at Malmö Arena.
In addition, the Police received numerous requests for demonstrations outside the arena and elsewhere in the city.
