Green Skills and Leadership Talk in Kayseri

Kayseri Science Center, which carries out its activities within the Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality, hosted high school students within the scope of the conversation on Green Skills, Green Professions and Leadership on the International Information Technologies Girls' Day.

Hosted by Kayseri Science Center, one of the 6 TÜBİTAK-supported science centers in Turkey, April 25 International Information Technologies Girls' Day was celebrated with the theme of "Leadership" to underline the critical need for strong female role models in Scientix STEM careers in 2024.

Metropolitan Mayor Dr. Metropolitan Municipality Kayseri Science Center, which attaches importance to youth, science and technology, with the special incentives and supports of Memduh Büyükkılıç, continues its work and activities by paying special attention to students.

In this context, 2024 April International Information Technologies Girls' Day was celebrated with the theme of "Leadership" to underline the critical need for strong female role models in 25 Scientix STEM careers, hosted by the Science Center.

Participating in the program, Scientix STEM Turkey ambassador, UNESCO Greening Education Partnership Member and author of STEM+A with Fairy Tales for Children, Çelebi Kalkan, met with the students. While Kayseri Science Center hosted the students of Erhan Ahmet İnci Girls' Anatolian Imam Hatip High School in the program on Green Skills, Green Professions and Leadership, the female students thanked Mayor Büyükkılıç and the Science Center for the program.
