Public Transportation is Free in Muğla during the Holidays

Muğla Metropolitan Municipality continues its work and inspections to ensure that citizens throughout the province have a peaceful holiday before Eid al-Fitr.

Continuing its preparations with all its units throughout the province before the Eid al-Fitr, the Metropolitan Municipality continues to work from transportation to health, from cemeteries to police inspections to ensure that citizens have a peaceful Eid al-Fitr.

Transportation is free during the holiday

Muğla Metropolitan Municipality MUTTAŞ public transportation vehicles (black plate) will provide free public transportation services during Ramadan Feast, starting from 10:2024 on Wednesday, April 00, 00 (the night connecting Tuesday to Wednesday) until 12:24 on Friday, April 00. Health Teams Support Citizens During the Eid

Muğla Metropolitan Municipality shaves the hair and beard of bedridden, sick, disabled and needy citizens before the upcoming Ramadan Feast. Metropolitan Municipality teams, which support citizens with home care, patient and disabled transportation services, continue these services before Eid al-Fitr. During Ramadan Feast, the Metropolitan Municipality will continue to be at the service of citizens with home care and patient transport ambulance. During the holiday, many health needs such as the supply of all kinds of dressings, injections and medicines will be met by the Metropolitan Municipality healthcare professionals upon request of the citizens. In addition, emergency patients who need to go to the hospital by patient transport ambulance will be picked up from their homes and returned to their homes after being examined.

Call center teams, which act as a bridge to quickly fulfill any disruptions and citizens' demands, will continue to provide service 24 hours a day during the holiday.

Cemeteries Are Ready for the Holidays

Muğla Metropolitan Municipality continues its cemetery cleaning and maintenance works in 13 districts before Ramadan Feast. Cleaning and maintenance work has been carried out in 1400 cemetery areas to date. Muğla Metropolitan Municipality, which has 13 cemetery areas used in 574 neighborhoods of 1434 districts, is carrying out cleaning, weed disinfestation, maintenance and repair works in these cemeteries before Eid al-Fitr. Metropolitan Municipality teams, which have completed maintenance, cleaning and weed disinfestation works in 1400 cemetery areas with 81 personnel and 25 vehicles to date, aim to ensure that citizens can visit in a more peaceful and orderly environment during Ramadan Feast.

MUSKI is at the Service of Citizens 24 Hours

Muğla Water and Sewerage Administration (MUSKI) General Directorate teams will be on alert 24 hours a day with on-duty teams formed in all districts to prevent line failures and water outages that may occur during the Eid holiday. In addition, necessary tank and line maintenance was carried out to prevent citizens from experiencing water problems during the holiday.

Police and Fire Brigades on Duty

The Metropolitan Municipality, which has increased its inspections before the Eid al-Fitr, carries out inspections in the production and sales areas of bread, pita bakeries and patisseries. Metropolitan Police teams check whether workplaces and staff comply with the cleaning and hygiene rules, the suitability of the production locations of the products and the equipment used, the expiration dates of the commodities used in production and the weight of the bakery products. During Ramadan Feast, Police and Fire Department teams will be on duty to ensure that citizens have a peaceful holiday.
