The name of the 10th Tanker Base Command located in Incirlik/Adana was changed to “10th Main Jet Base Command” in line with the needs of our Air Force.
Providing information at the Ministry's Weekly Press Information Meeting, Press and Public Relations Advisor Rear Admiral Zeki Aktürk said, "The possibilities and capabilities of our Turkish Armed Forces are increasing day by day with the domestic and national defense industry product weapon systems that are constantly developed under the leadership and encouragement of our President."
Aktürk said that in the second century of the Republic, under the leadership of our President and in line with the goals of the "Turkey Century", he will continue to successfully fulfill all the duties assigned to him in a wide range of areas, from the fight against terrorism to border security, from international missions to humanitarian aid activities, as he has done so far. .
It was noted that after the change, the F-16 fleet will be deployed to Incirlik.
