Stating that they have made projects and investments in this field with the slogan 'Your Health is Important to Us', based on an understanding that prioritizes public health, Mayor Çolakbayrakdar pointed out that they save more time, cost and labor with unmanned aerial vehicle (drone) spraying and said, "Citizens In order to continue living in healthier and more hygienic environments, we have expanded the frequency of periodic disinfection and hygiene cleaning, as well as environmental cleaning, and we are actively working in this field. We made the best use of technology and switched to a new pesticide program last year. While our Parks and Gardens Directorate uses the drone, which we purchased with our own resources, for tree and plant spraying, our Veterinary Affairs Directorate carries out spraying for mosquitoes and larvae. While the Directorate of Technical Affairs cleans the channels with construction equipment, the Directorate of Cleaning Works carries out environmental cleaning. We keep up with technological innovations in every field. We use multifunctional technological tools in every field. We use drones in pesticide activities because it is a current need. Our teams regularly disinfect all open areas throughout the district, especially canals, parks and green areas. We continue our work uninterruptedly with our strong teams in the fight against pests, day and night. We will contribute to the residents of our city having a comfortable summer thanks to the pesticide operations carried out by expert personnel and well-equipped vehicles. "Thanks to the work of our teams, it prevents the reproduction of harmful creatures called cronomids in the region and prevents them from disturbing the environment."
