President Erdoğan talked on the phone with Indonesian President Subianto
Congratulating Subianto on his election victory, President Erdoğan said that the deep-rooted relations between Turkey and Indonesia will further develop in the new period; He expressed his expectation that the two countries' cooperation in all fields, especially the defense industry, military, commercial and financial contacts, will be advanced within the framework of mutual trust and the interests of the countries.
President Erdoğan said that it is important to continue to join forces with Indonesia on all issues concerning the Palestinian cause and the Islamic world, and that the first meeting of the High Level Strategic Cooperation Council established between the two countries should be held at the most appropriate time.
During the meeting, President Erdoğan also congratulated Subianto on Eid al-Fitr.
