Materials:

  • 1 kg DANET beef brisket
  • 8-10 shallot onions
  • 8-10 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoon of pepper paste
  • 1 spoonful butter
  • 2 cup of hot water
  • 2 bay leaf
  • 1 tea spoon salt
  • 1 tea spoon black pepper
  • 1 sprigs of rosemary

Fabrication:

  • Melt the oil and butter in a large pot. Add shallots and garlic and fry over medium heat. When the onions turn pink, add pepper paste and fry for a few more minutes.
  • The cleaned and washed chicken meat is added to the pot. The meat is roasted over high heat until it is browned evenly on all sides.
  • Add hot water, salt, black pepper, bay leaf and rosemary. Cover the pot and cook over medium heat for the first 15 minutes until the meat absorbs its water and becomes soft, then over low heat for 2,5-3 hours.
  • Pöç kebab is served hot. Enjoy your meal.
