In Çeşme, Turkey's tourism paradise, the 13th Alaçatı Herb Festival, organized by Çeşme Municipality with the theme of "Return to the Self" this year, has started. Izmir Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Dr. Cemil Tugay met with citizens and tradesmen at the Alaçatı Herb Festival. Mayor Tugay was accompanied by his wife Öznur Tugay, Çeşme Mayor Lal Denizli, and CHP Çeşme District Chairman Sait Kavasoğulları. As part of the festival, delicious food was prepared with herbs in Chefs Square. President Tugay watched the masters for a while and tasted the pastry offered to him. President Tugay then visited the herb stands and the art street, which was added to the festival this year, with the accompanying delegation.

Çeşme Mayor Lal Denizli said, “Today is the first day of our festival and even though it is after the holiday, our hotels are full. This year, for the first time, we established event areas that have not been done in other years. We have special events for children, youth and women. We have innovations in many areas such as our street artists, our art street, literature and interviews. We are excited. "I wish all our guests to have pleasant moments for 4 days," he said.
