Capital City Residents Socialize at Life Centers and Youth Centers

Families and young people from the capital socialize in the Family Life Centers and Youth Centers brought to the city by Ankara Metropolitan Municipality.

7 thousand 70 people benefit from the centers where citizens of all ages from 36 to 319 meet with social, cultural, sports and educational activities. Capital residents, who spend their free time and have fun in the playgrounds, can benefit from sports activities and participate in courses and seminars in various fields.

Ankara Metropolitan Municipality continues to increase the quality of life of the people of the capital with the Family Life Centers it brought to the city.

Families and young people living in Ankara come together in 12 Family Life Centers and 7 Youth Centers of the Metropolitan Municipality; It meets with social, cultural, sports and educational activities.

28 THOUSAND 391 PEOPLE BENEFIT FROM FAMILY LIFE CENTERS

A total of 28 thousand 391 citizens, children, youth, elderly, women and men, benefit from the Family Life Centers that continue to operate in Akyurt, Beypazarı, Çubuk, Elvankent, Esertepe, Haymana, Kahramankazan, Kuşcağız, Osmanlı, Sincan, Yahyalar and Polatlı.

YOUTH CENTERS CONTINUE TO OPERATE WITH 3 THOUSAND 900 MEMBERS

Altındağ, Bala, Elmadağ, Kızılcahamam, Mamak, Yenimahalle and Yenikent Ortapınar Youth Centers continue their activities with 3 thousand 910 members. Metropolitan Municipality; The construction of 4 new centers to be added to Etimesgut, Mamak and Yenimahalle districts continues at full speed.

THOUSANDS OF MEMBERS MEET AT DOZENS OF EVENTS

Capital city residents who become members of the centers and come together can benefit from dozens of social, cultural and sports events and activities, from volleyball to pilates, from robotic coding to English, from table football to billiards. Family counseling and psycho-social support services are also provided upon request in the centres, which also host educational courses and seminars in various fields.

SUPPORT PROJECTS FOR THE EDUCATION OF 4 THOUSAND 18 YOUTH ARE CONTINUED

The Metropolitan Municipality continues its activities with its young academy and student study stations. While work continues for the new academy and study stations to be opened in Çayyolu, Ulus, College TED, Meteorology and YHT Station, support projects for the social life and education of 4 thousand 18 young people who are members of Sıhhiye Genç Academy and METU student study stations are continuing.
