Necmettin Erbakan University, to the Units in the Center and Districts of Konya, to be employed in the status of Contracted Personnel in accordance with paragraph (B) of Article 657 of the Civil Servants Law No. 4, with the decision of the Council of Ministers dated 06.06.1978 and numbered 7/15754. GENERAL CONDITIONS:

1) Being a citizen of the Republic of Turkey

2) Not to be deprived of public rights

3) Even if the periods specified in Article 53 of the Turkish Penal Code have passed; crimes against the security of the state, crimes against the constitutional order and its functioning, crimes against national defense, crimes against state secrets, and espionage, embezzlement, extortion, bribery not be convicted of theft, fraud, forgery, breach of trust, fraudulent bankruptcy, bid rigging, rigging of performance, laundering of criminal assets or smuggling.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS AND APPLICATION PROCEDURES

1) TR Identity Card/Identity Card

2) Diploma or temporary graduation certificate (The equivalence of diplomas obtained from foreign countries must be approved by the Interuniversity Board.)

3) Documents specified in the Qualifications Required section (Certificate/Document/Health Board Report etc.)

4) Shows the occupation code for the positions for which experience is required. Work experience certificate obtained from official or private institutions within the application dates (will be added to the system with a wet signature) together with the SGK service sheet. It is essential that experience and the desired position be compatible.)

5) KPSS result document of 2022

6) Military status certificate / Discharge certificate (For military status certificate, data matrix document obtained from e-Government)

7) Criminal record (document with data matrix obtained from e-Government)

8) Valid driver's license for Support Personnel (Driver)

9) Private security guard ID card valid for Protection and Security personnel

It is necessary to complete the application process and upload the documents online by making a member login at basvuru.erbakan.edu.tr. Candidates will apply by specifying the qualification code for only one position. After applying ONLINE, the candidates will bring the documents they have uploaded to the system during the application period to the Necmettin Erbakan University Personnel Department, stating their TR ID number, personally or with NOTARY APPROVED ATTORNEY. The applications of the candidates who do not complete their application ONLINE and PERSONALLY or with NOTARY APPROVED ATTORNEY will NOT be accepted.

Due to the earthquakes that occurred in our country on 6/2/2023, in accordance with the State of Emergency Decision announced in the Official Gazette dated 8/2/2023 and numbered 32098, residence in Adana, Adıyaman, Diyarbakır, Gaziantep, Hatay, Kahramanmaraş, Kilis, Malatya, Osmaniye and Şanlıurfa. ONLINE applications of applicants will suffice. Candidates residing in these 10 provinces and applying ONLINE are not required to submit the documents uploaded to the system in person or with a notarized power of attorney.

In accordance with the Additional Article 6 added to the Decree dated 6/1978/7 and numbered 15754/2012 (Number of Decision: 2964/7), the declarations of the applicants will be taken as basis. The administration has the right to assign in-house assignments to all campuses (including Ereğli and Seydişehir) where education is provided, depending on the need.
