ASPİLSAN Energy started domestic sales of ASPİLSAN INR2022A18650 Li-ion batteries, which started mass production in the third quarter of 28, and also started exporting. This took its place in our industrial history as the first battery sale, which is one of the high-tech products produced in our country.
The batteries in question came to the agenda once again with the powerbanks provided by ASPİLSAN Energy in the earthquake region, this time with the news of export. ASPİLSAN Energy batteries were subjected to many tests abroad as well as the tests carried out in the country and passed all of them successfully. Speaking on the subject, ASPİLSAN Energy Deputy General Manager Nihat AKSÜT said, “Our primary goal was to meet domestic demand in order to reduce the current account deficit. However, there is a very high interest in our batteries from abroad. In this case, I think we will export a significant part of our production. We were happy to bring good news to our country in these bad days”.
