Minister of Agriculture and Forestry Vahit Kirişci examined the fire area in Hatay Yarseli Dam and Iskenderun Port.
Minister Kirişci said the following in his evaluation after the examinations: 'We examined the Hatay Yarseli Dam on site. There are no explosions or water leaks in the dam. DSI took every precaution in the dams in the earthquake zone. OGM and other institutions made great efforts in the fire of Iskenderun Port. May all our people rest in peace. Our state is on the field.”
In addition, Minister Vahit Kirişci examined the areas affected by the earthquake disaster in Hatay from the air and land and received a briefing on the latest status of the works. Kirişci met with earthquake victims after his investigations.
