Minister of National Education Mahmut Özer stated that within the scope of the High School Transition System (LGS), the results of the second transfer, which is the basis for placement, were announced, and that 97.6% of the students who chose were placed in a high school of their choice.
According to the statement made by the Ministry, Minister Özer, in his statement on the results of the second transfer based on placement, reminded that 25 percent of the students who chose according to the results of the first placement announced on 95 July were placed in the school of their choice, and this rate increased to 97 percent at the end of the first transfer, which is the basis for placement.
Stating that the second transplant preferences were also received on 1-5 August, Özer said, “We have announced the results of the second transplant, which is the basis for placement, within the scope of LGS. Placement and transfer commissions
Indicating that the main placement process, which is carried out centrally, has been completed, Minister Özer said that students who could not enter any school during the two transfer processes will be placed through placement and transfer commissions.
Noting that the applications of these students will be received by the commissions on August 9-17 and the placement process will be completed on August 19, Minister Özer said, “I would like to remind you once again that; Students and parents should be happy about this. As of August 19, all of our students will be placed in high schools.” he said.
