The application regarding the merger of Türk Hava Yolları A.O with THY Airport Real Estate Investment and Management Joint Stock Company, of which it is a 100% shareholder, in a facilitated procedure by takeover, has been approved by the CMB.
In the statement made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), “THY Airport Real Estate Investment and Management Joint Stock Company, of which our partnership is 100% shareholder, and the Capital Markets Board's Merger and Division Communiqué No. II-23.2, Articles 6102-136 of the Turkish Commercial Code No. 158 and No. 5520. The application regarding the facilitated merger by takeover, which is regulated in accordance with the simplified merger provisions regulated in Articles 18, 19 and 20 of the Corporate Tax Law, has been approved by the Capital Markets Board.” it was said.
